Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive customer and account information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately inputting customer and account data from source documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses, and verifying data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Data Compilation and Verification: Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, ensuring seamless data management processes.
  • Error Detection and Correction: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output to maintain data integrity.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Applying data program techniques and procedures to optimize data entry processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to maintain data security.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management processes.

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically, identifying errors and inconsistencies in data.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry.
  • Data Entry Speed and Accuracy: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
  • Experience: Experience working in a data entry role is a plus, but not required.
