Role Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a crucial part of arenaflex's customer service team, working closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries, technical issues, and product-related concerns. You'll be responsible for providing prompt and effective support via live chat, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or live chat support role
