Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and empathetic support via email, phone, and chat. You'll handle a high volume of customer requests, troubleshoot problems, and advocate for our customers to ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services

  • Modify and escalate complaints across various communication channels
  • Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with a stable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
  • 1 year of chat support experience is preferred
  • CRM/support tool experience is a plus

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
