Job Overview:

The Sr. Tasks Business Expert – Labor force Activities will use their insight into the organization's work model and their cross-functional connections to address and determine concerns related to work from our stores and HR partners in the field. The Sr. Examiner will also adopt a proactive approach to creating reporting and identifying potential opportunities to drive booking execution in the stores. This will require attention to detail and an emphasis on customer support. Additionally, strong data gathering and analytical skills are required to research and resolve all field requests, as well as provide recommendations on how to improve our processes and communications to the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes and improve processes

• Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify areas for improvement
• Produce reports for management and leadership to audit and use
• Develop skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team information, and client (internal) information
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including presentations to groups and senior leaders
• Direct Chief/Direct Reports, including delegating and evaluating work, training, and performance analysis

Travel Requirements:

* Occasionally requires temporary travel under 10% of the time

Working Conditions:

* Situated in a comfortable indoor area with regular opportunities to move about

• May require occasional movement or lifting of light objects

Preferred Qualifications:

* 3 years of work experience

• Store insight and ASDS experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job

• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Strong tasks, retail, and field knowledge
