• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
