Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Data Entry Specialist must be accurate and efficient, and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems and databases
- Collect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources
- Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries
- Verify the accuracy of data entries
- Resolve data entry errors
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Meet deadlines
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
