Partnering closely with founders and marketing teams, we create impactful campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and sustainable success. Role Description This is a fully remote based role for a Brand Partnerships Executive, you do not have to be based in Miami, FL. The role involves building and managing relationships with brands and creators, developing impactful partnership strategies, conducting market research to identify collaboration opportunities, and overseeing campaign execution. The Executive will also ensure optimized performance tracking and support long-term partnership development to achieve measurable campaign goals. Compensation is commission-based during the current growth phase, with strong upside on closed business and opportunity to grow into a larger long-term role as the company scales. This opportunity is well-suited for candidates with a background in high-ticket sales who are motivated by uncapped commissions and comfortable closing premium marketing retainers.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable pitching services, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Confident using Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach for prospecting

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in hospitality, beauty, wellness, nightlife, events, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, influencer marketing, account management, or business development preferred
  • Organized and able to track leads, follow-ups, and closed business

What You’ll Do

  • Bring in new client opportunities through your network and outreach
  • Build relationships with founders and marketing decision-makers
  • Pitch influencer campaigns, creator dinners, activations, and partnerships
  • Help shape growth strategy with the founder
