The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including inbound calls, chats, and emails

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service software
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
