Experienced Data Entry Professional – Telecommunications Industry Support

Job Overview:
As an Experienced Data Entry Professional, you'll play a critical role in supporting our telecommunications company's joint pole inventory management process. This entry-level position requires strong administrative and data entry skills, with the ability to manage pole data between our company, 3rd party attachers, and power companies. You'll be responsible for escalating issues back to the client/engineer when discrepancies arise, ensuring seamless data management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pole data between arenaflex, 3rd party attachers, and power companies
- Input data accurately and quickly using Microsoft Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Utilize databases to search for information and escalate issues to clients/engineers as needed
- Assist team leadership in tracking data pertinent to the process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's joint pole inventory management process
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems (NJUNS, ALDEN ONE, SPANS a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with arenaflex's joint pole inventory management process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
