Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the client's preferred language
- Following up on customer inquiries, documenting information in our database, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
- Offering additional products and services to customers
- Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- A reliable computer and internet connection (high-speed internet is required, not Wi-Fi or satellite)
- A smartphone for testing purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
