Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to open a claim, listening to their concerns, and working with them to find a resolution
• Utilizing your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to questions, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving complex issues
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A minimum high school diploma or GED

Work Environment and Schedule:

As a remote Customer Service Professional, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs. Our hours of operation are 8am - 12 am EST Monday - Sunday, with 40 hours a week shifts that can change to meet business requirements. We also offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.

Training and Development:

When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that combines classroom and on-the-job learning. Our virtual classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm EST, and the training duration can vary.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $14.36 - $22.25, considering a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
