Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls and initiating outbound calls to resolve moderately complex issues
- Returning all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner
- Ensuring that customers' concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained
- Collaborating with CRC management to develop action plans to resolve issues and build effective relationships
- Analyzing and solving customer problems, investigating claims and communicating resolutions
- Maintaining the quality and integrity of inbound and outbound calls
- Providing assistance to the call center during busy periods by taking voice messages as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- High volume call center experience with a proven track record of success
- Excellent customer service skills and financial understanding
- Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of PROVEN B2B telemarketing or call center outbound sales experience
- 2 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Experience with electronic data entry and order completion
- Ability to develop customer-specific content for distribution among customers
