Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Agent/Data Entry Clerk to join our team of remote workers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to insurance companies and their clients. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and handle customer complaints. In addition to your customer service skills, you'll also be responsible for data entry and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Make several outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance company to provide product information, resolve customer inquiries, and handle customer complaints.

  • Log all necessary information into multiple software programs, including customer contact information, product details, and customer feedback.
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and follow the same steps as above to resolve customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Enter customer data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Use a multi-line phone system to manage customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

* 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience.

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and meet productivity standards.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Essential Qualifications

* 24 months of inbound/outbound call center experience.

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience with data entry and administrative tasks.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $15.50 per hour.
  • Expected hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule: 10 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday, overtime, rotating weekends, and weekends as needed.
