What to Expect as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Verifying, responding to, and dispatching emergency signals to ensure timely and effective response to our clients' needs
- Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals, providing clear and concise information to alleviate concerns
- Processing basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Handling signals from various locations and TTY stations, adapting to diverse situations and requirements
- Working under close supervision during the first 30 days, with ongoing support and guidance to ensure your success
What's Required to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficiency in verification and dispatching of alarms to police/fire agencies, with a strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Knowledge of different types of signals and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring you can respond effectively to a wide range of situations
- Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and the internet, enabling you to navigate our systems and tools with ease
- Excellent communication and listening skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues
How to Stand Out as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- One to three months of related experience or training/certification in customer service or a related field
- Basic knowledge and understanding of VIP accounts and department, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse client needs
