The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You'll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. Your expertise will be in high demand, as you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain machines, as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards

  • Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer support-oriented organizations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
