Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Airport Operations group, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their travel needs are met, and creating a positive experience that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to resolve their travel-related queries and concerns
- Prepare and issue tickets, determine fares, and provide travel information to ensure clients' needs are met
- Collaborate with clients in a courteous and helpful manner to create a positive experience and build loyalty
- Work effectively with colleagues to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a security mindset, adhering to the highest standards of integrity and accountability in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, arenaflex policies, and procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training purposes
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines, uniform, and appearance standards
- Valid visa and U.S. visa
Preferred Qualifications:
