Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our members. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, including online order, tracking, and delivery problems
  • Provide exceptional support to customers, promoting arenaflex's products and services in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Work as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering chats
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of a 14-day training program
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Proficiency with writing (minimum 30 wpm) and exceptional communication skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills

  • Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bilingual capabilities a plus
