Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights
- Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
- Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency
- Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues
- Mentoring junior team members and becoming a Subject Matter Expert in data analysis and visualization
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining integrity (2-4 years of experience)
- Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
- Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:
- Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.

Compensation and Perks
