Job Responsibilities and Skills

As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering in-depth virtual advertising and internet analytics insights, using advanced quantitative and medical strategies to inform business evaluation associated with overall performance advertising. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions
• Designing and implementing data visualization tools to communicate complex analytics to diverse audiences
• Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and virtual marketing

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance
• 5+ years of work experience in data analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics
• Proficiency in analytics software and applications, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to diverse audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with online targeting technology, such as Adobe Target, and email marketing technology, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with data control systems, such as Adobe Audience Manager
• Experience with databases (RDBMS) and exposure to Big Data (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
• Versatility and comfort with state-of-the-art technology
• Strong critical thinking, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead key business decisions through analyses and user experience studies
• Ability to communicate complex analytics in a comprehensible manner to non-technical and technical audiences
