Key Responsibilities:
* Grasp business information requirements and analyze business processes and cycles to identify the most suitable data source for analysis.
- Support the identification and application of statistical methods based on business needs, aid in the planning, design, and execution of exploratory data analysis research projects.
- Translate business requirements into tasks, activities, and deliverables, and develop explicit project plans. Identify suitable techniques and tools to provide a solution to the problem. Collaborate closely with Information Researchers.
- Produce suitable graphical representations of data and model results. Understand client requirements to design suitable data visualization for various data sets.
- Work with large datasets, uncover insights, and tell stories using data.
- Develop expertise in working with massive data and writing code and queries in SQL, Python/R for data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data set technologies and distributed datastores (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), big data, and cloud technologies like GCP BQ.
- Develop expertise in visualization tools and best practices like Looker, PowerBI, and others.
What You'll Bring:
* A passion for critical thinking, accompanied by an analytical attitude with decisive reasoning, and data skills.
- Experience working with large datasets, uncovering insights, and telling stories using data.
- The ability to work with massive data and write code and queries in SQL, Python/R for data analysis.
- A comprehensive understanding of data set technologies and distributed datastores (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), big data, and cloud technologies like GCP BQ.
