Experienced Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Support in Dutch, German, and English

Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in real-time. You'll work closely with our customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify and resolve problems, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with minimal hassle. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and/or email to resolve issues and answer questions

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with Delivery Service Partners to identify and resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with customers in Dutch, German, and English
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts and rotating shifts
• Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
• Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, and overtime as required)
