Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Using various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:

Minimum age:

18 years old

Right to work in India:

You must have the right to work in India and be authorized to do so.

Strong communication skills:

You'll need excellent written and oral communication skills in English, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Experience working with a computer:

You should have experience working with a computer and be comfortable using various software applications.

Availability to work varying shifts:

You'll need to be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts:

You'll need to be willing and able to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts as required.

Quiet, distraction-free workspace:

You'll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.

Technical requirements:

You'll need a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
