Job Overview:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to delivering exceptional service will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively provide accurate information to customers.
  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours.

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer complaints or issues within 24 hours.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 50 or higher.

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Empathy and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptability to a remote work environment, including reliable internet connectivity.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with arenaflex's products or services.

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
