As a Chat Support Representative, you will be a crucial part of our customer service team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through web chat, emails, and social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Emails, and Social Media, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Educating current and potential customers about our products and services, providing them with relevant information.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are properly documented.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team for swift resolution.
  • Actively participating in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborating with the team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Performance Indicators:

To excel in this role, you will be expected to:

  • Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions.
  • Educate customers on our services and processes to enhance their overall experience.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the Team Leader, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives, maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Adhere strictly to shift schedules, ensuring seamless customer support coverage.
  • Follow laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from any stream if a Fresher.
  • Minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Passion for customer care, with a genuine desire to assist and serve customers.
  • Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.
  • Fast learner who can adapt to changing customer needs and work with set targets.
  • Must be time flexible and available to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends.

Requirements and Qualifications:

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and analytically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
