The Role

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to customers via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide solutions, and build trust with our clients' customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless support experiences, leveraging your expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues and building trust with our clients' customers
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless support experiences, leveraging your expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • $35 per hour rate

Skills and Background:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
