Detailed Job Description:
- Define performance testing strategy, scenarios, workloads, and success criteria.
- Design and implement performance tests for APIs and microservices hosted on AWS.
- Strong expertise in performance testing, workload modelling, and bottleneck analysis.
- Build and execute tests using LoadRunner, Locust, and JMeter to identify bottlenecks at app, API, DB, and infrastructure layers.
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Solid knowledge of AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch.
- Ability to analyze CPU, memory, network, logs, DB slow queries, and application metrics.
- Experience in setting up automated performance tests and chaos engineering
