Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems to enhance user engagement and increase product adoption.
• Build and optimize activation and expansion workflows to maximize account growth.
• Set up and manage go-to-market strategies with a focus on increasing conversion rates and booking sales demos.
• Work closely with company leaders to drive growth initiatives and strategy implementations.
• Monitor and report on system performance and suggest improvements for better outcomes.
• Experiment with and iterate on processes to find the most effective strategies for booking demos and engaging clients.

Qualifications

• Strong background in growth strategy implementation for tech or SaaS companies.
• Experience working with tech companies, especially those with B2B software tools.
• Ability to work within fast-paced environments and experience working from startup to scale.
• High degree of resilience, grit, and a comfort with iterative processes and experimentation.
• Proficiency in setting up systems engineering solutions tailored to market needs.
• Familiarity with enterprise clients and the ability to handle high-level client interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on outcome-based activities.
• Preferably located in or open to working within the same time zones as New York or California.
