About the Role
We are seeking a professional communicator who can guide clients through onboarding and product training in a clear and structured manner. What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding sessions and walkthroughs
- Help clients understand how to use the product
- Support users as they learn workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer‑facing product roles
- Experience working directly with clients to help them adopt a tool, platform, or system
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and explain them clearly
- Comfortable guiding clients through structured sessions and discussions
- English level: C1 or C2 (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills in a remote environment
Bonus
- SaaS / CRM / tech tools exposure
- Customer success experience
- Ability to learn and explain software quickly
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Handled high‑value or demanding customers
This Role Is NOT a Fit For
- Customer support roles focused only on ticket handling
- Call center or BPO roles without product ownership
- HR onboarding focused on internal employees
- Administrative roles without client interaction
- Sales‑only roles without post‑sale onboarding experience
Benefits

- Compensation: $1,800 - $2,200 per month (based on relevant experience and qualifications)
