Availability: Able to commit to 2-3 shifts per week, approximately 20 hours weekly, for at least 1 year. Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. Remote Work Environment: A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup with a noise-canceling headset and built-in microphone for clear communication. Education: College coursework in biology, anatomy, or medical terminology is preferred. Experience: Previous exposure to a clinical environment is a plus but not required. Personal Attributes: Motivated, adaptable, customer-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Technology Reliable desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS Catalina or later) with at least 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. High‑definition webcam for video calls and remote consultations.
