Executive Presentation Designer (C‑Suite Level)

As an Executive Presentation Designer at Mayo Clinic, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills at the highest level. You will work closely with C-Suite level executives to create visually stunning and impactful presentations that communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for design and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Collaborate with C-Suite level executives to understand their presentation needs and objectives. Translate complex medical information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentations. Create high-quality, professional presentation materials that align with Mayo Clinic's brand and standards. Utilize design software and tools to develop innovative and impactful visual solutions for presentation graphics, charts, and diagrams. Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design to continuously improve the quality of presentations. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Work closely with other members of the design team to ensure consistency and cohesion across all presentations. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Ensure all presentations are visually appealing, error-free, and accessible to diverse audiences. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy. Act as a brand ambassador for Mayo Clinic, upholding its values and mission through all presentations. Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into designs to meet the evolving needs of executives. Maintain organized files and records of all presentation materials for future reference.
