Job Overview The Vice President, Strategic Partnerships will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing Web3Discord’s global partnerships, ecosystem strategy, and strategic alliances. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of partnership development—including ecosystem expansion, protocol integrations, institutional alliances, and strategic growth initiatives—ensuring alignment with Web3Discord’s platform vision and long-term network effects. The VP of Strategic Partnerships will play a critical role in scaling Web3Discord’s ecosystem, driving platform adoption, and establishing the company as a foundational partner across Web3, blockchain, and digital infrastructure landscapes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or platform ecosystems, with a proven ability to build high-impact partnerships, navigate decentralized networks, and scale multi-sided platforms in dynamic global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development Lead and oversee Web3Discord’s global partnerships strategy, aligned with platform growth and ecosystem expansion objectives. Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic alliances across blockchain protocols, DAOs, developer ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure providers. Define partnership frameworks that drive network effects, platform adoption, and long-term ecosystem value. Strengthen Web3Discord’s positioning as a core infrastructure partner in decentralized communication and coordination. Strategic Alliances & Integration Partnerships Build and manage relationships with Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, wallet providers, DeFi platforms, NFT ecosystems, and developer tools. Lead negotiations and structuring of strategic partnerships, integrations, and co-development initiatives. Drive technical and commercial integrations that enhance platform functionality and interoperability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize and execute partner-driven roadmap initiatives. Go-To-Market Partnerships & Growth Develop partnership-led growth strategies that accelerate user acquisition, developer adoption, and community expansion. Design co-marketing, co-launch, and ecosystem activation initiatives with strategic partners. Support global go-to-market efforts by leveraging partnerships across key Web3 hubs and regions. Enable revenue opportunities through enterprise partnerships, platform collaborations, and token ecosystems. Institutional & Enterprise Engagement Expand Web3Discord’s presence among institutional participants, including enterprises, funds, and infrastructure providers entering Web3. Structure partnership models that support enterprise onboarding, compliance considerations, and scalable adoption.
