  • End-to-end management of marketing projects in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, medical affairs)
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Coordinating the work of internal teams (design, content, digital, compliance)
  • Ensuring high-quality deliverables - both in terms of aesthetics and compliance with guidelines
  • Overseeing the material approval process (MLR) and ensuring compliance with US market regulations (FDA)
  • Assigning and coordinating the publication of materials in Veeva systems (Vault / PromoMats)
  • Identifying project risks and proposing solutions
  • Optimizing processes and improving cross-team collaboration

Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager (in the pharma industry)
  • Experience working with the US market (clients, teams, projects, FDA especially)
  • Very good command of English (minimum C1 level)
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market environment and regulations, especially in the US
  • Experience working with Veeva systems (or similar content and compliance management platforms)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills - especially in client communication
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to bring structure to complex situations
  • Good aesthetic sense and understanding of the role of design in marketing communication
