Job Summery: After school tutoring at North Pole Middle School is designed to help students succeed academically. Your role as a tutor would be to help students re-learn concepts, complete homework successfully, and provide any further academic support needed in all subjects. Hourly rate: $18-$39.81 Work Week: 2 days a week, less than 15 hours a week Benefits: There are no benefits associated with this position Job Qualifications The following are required:

• Understanding of the after-school program(s) and its role within the District.
• Possess basic reading and math skills.
• Possess basic understanding of learning disabilities.
• Clear and easily understood verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with children.
