Software Engineer

Skills

English 80% mandatory

You have at least 6 years of experience working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an agile

Expertise in object-oriented Java development ( mandatory)

· Proficiency in React development ( mandatory)

· Experience with automated testing ( mandatory)

· Experience with evolutionary design

· Proficiency working in a CI/CD environment

· Ability to isolate and address performance problems

Preferred experience

· Knowledge of Spring application development

· Proficiency in team leadership

· Experience with Extreme Programming practices and principles

· Working knowledge of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications

· Understanding of continuous improvement

· Experience leveraging AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality

  • · You understand the impact of process and code quality.
  • · You create technical options, especially in code and system interactions.
  • · You actively invest in your technical skills.
  • · You can mentor your peers, contributing to a learning culture that can create high-quality software at a sustainable pace.
