About the role

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who can help position CloudRaft as a leading voice in Cloud Native and AI and more importantly, translate that visibility into pipeline and business opportunities.You will be owning the marketing activities such as content marketing, marketing automations, demand generation and optimizing SEO/GEO. You are expected to learn more about our domains i.e. platform engineering, DevOps, cloud, observability and AI. You will be working with leadership to convert the strategy into results.

You should be someone who:

  • Is growth oriented and self-driven.
  • Understands how to engage technical audiences
  • Can connect content, distribution, and growth into a cohesive engine
  • Build automation and identify new opportunities and channels for growth

What you will do

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Drive initiatives that generate qualified leads and inbound interest.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to turn visibility into pipeline.
  • Work closely with founders, sales, and tech teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Experiment with growth loops across channels, ecosystems, and communities.

Technical Content & Positioning

  • Create high-signal, insight-driven technical and thought leadership content with the help of Engineering team.
  • Break down complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that attract the right audience.
  • Build CloudRaft’s voice as a credible, thoughtful player in the ecosystem.
  • Contribute to case studies, POVs, and technical storytelling that drives trust.

Distribution & Audience Building

  • Identify where our audience lives and show up consistently and meaningfully.
  • Participate in relevant tech conversations, communities, and ecosystems.
  • Build engagement that compounds over time.

Experimentation & Performance

  • Track what drives attention, engagement, and conversions.
  • Continuously test formats, channels, and messaging.
  • Use insights to refine strategy and double down on what works.

What we are looking for

  • Ability to learn and grasp complex ideas and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to connect content and marketing efforts to real outcomes (traffic, leads, conversations, pipeline).
  • Demonstrated ability to build or contribute to growth—this could be audience, engagement, or business impact.
  • High ownership mindset, you don’t wait for instructions, you find leverage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.

What will set you apart

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology consulting domain.
  • Ability to spot trends early and act quickly.
  • Comfort engaging with technical founders, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Proof of work that shows impact over activity.
  • You are good with automation and marketing tools.

Compensation
