Sales Operations Coordinator
Allianz Trade in North America is a trusted insurance and asset management company. The Sales Operations Coordinator role supports the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by managing day-to-day operational processes and assisting with sales reporting and training efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sales reporting, analytics and recurring operational deliverables
- Support sales training and enablement efforts by coordinating materials, resources and documentation
- Assist in Salesforce related initiatives including data integrity as well as Group driven and/or local driven projects
- Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Support documentation and administrative tasks related to sales programs and support
- Support the Sales Operations team with project management skills and documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Sales Operations or business experience
- 1-3 years of experience working in sales operations or operations coordination
- Experience working in Salesforce a plus
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data and reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Team Player
- Highly self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Looking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes
