Founders Associate at MyPocketSkill
MyPocketSkill is an AI-empowered award-winning platform, helping Gen Z's to become more financially capable & employable. They are seeking a Founders Associate to work closely with the founders, focusing on problem-solving and supporting various operational, community, and content initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deeper problem solving to deal with platform issues requiring intervention, such as customer complaints & payments issues
- Coordinating delivery for some of our key existing and new projects (e.g. we currently work with High Street Banks and Grant awarders)
- Supporting customer engagement/delivery and product development
- Running ambassador programmes and events
- Content commissioning across different social media platforms
- Reviewing and updating our impact reports
- If you are comfortable with data and sources of data – you will help us to extract information from our database to update and keep an eye on our KPIs
- If you have a tech related degree or have done a bootcamp this could be an opportunity to try out those skills
