Job Summary

As a Primary Phone, Video, and Chat Support Representative with occasional Inbound CSR responsibilities, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our valued clients. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, video, and chat, researching and resolving technical issues, and documenting all interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, video, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Research and analyze customer inquiries to determine the best course of action, often involving software navigation, prior years' returns, and amendments.
  • Serve as an ambassador for arenaflex, embodying our brand values and taking a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Document all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide updates on customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including video conferencing tools and customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
