Key Responsibilities

- Verifying and cross-checking information for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Processing large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail, generating reports and assisting in the preparation of data summaries as required by management.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data workflow, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance data management and processing efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM), strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with data management software and online tools, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising accuracy, strong communication skills to coordinate with team members when necessary.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
