Key Responsibilities:

As a remote customer service agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Navigating complex travel itineraries and providing accurate information to clients
  • Utilizing our proprietary software to manage customer interactions and resolve issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet and landline phone connection
  • Ability to pass a background check and training program

Preferred Qualifications:
