Responsibilities and Duties As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Being a brand ambassador and sharing your passion for golf and arenaflex with customers * Utilizing primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and support * Communicating with customers at a professional level, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner * Familiarizing yourself with the TaylorMadeGolf site and related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information * Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations * Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances * 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on providing expert advice and support * In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, including their features, benefits, and applications * Familiarity with similar products from other brands, allowing you to provide informed comparisons and recommendations * The ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively About TaylorMade Golf TaylorMade Golf is a leading manufacturer of golf equipment, committed to delivering the best, most technologically advanced, and highest quality products for golfers.
