Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to multiple inbound chats in a timely and efficient manner
- Gathering and verifying required information from customers as needed
- Identifying current and prospective customer needs and determining appropriate solutions to resolve all issues and concerns
- Qualifying leads and explaining the type of service or product offered that may be beneficial to the customer
- Communicating information and answering questions regarding current promotions and new or upgraded products
- Completing system documentation and tasks to ensure follow-through of appropriate actions
- Leveraging tools and processes (including prepared responses) to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements
To be successful as an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship
- The ability to type 35 WPM efficiently
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills
- The ability to recognize consultative upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- The ability to provide a high-level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Excellent research and customer service problem-solving skills
- The ability to satisfactorily meet job performance expectations for your current position
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Windows
