Job Summary

As a Work from Home Chat Support representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat and email. You'll work closely with our team to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week
  • Availability to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience (not required but a plus)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
