Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, ticketing, baggage handling, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have during their journey. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at various touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas.

  • Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades.
  • Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions.
  • Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.
