Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Provide product information and answer questions about our services and products * Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and concerns * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or retail environment * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and Spanish) * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
