Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a Superior Level of Customer Service: Ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
- Answering Phones in a Friendly Manner: Using information script.
- Greeting Members, Signing Up, and Touring New Members: Logging amenities.
- Responding to Member Questions and Concerns: In a timely and professional manner.
- Processing Beverage or Merchandise Purchases: Through the point of sale system.
- Promoting Unique Fitness Instruction Classes: To active members and new members.
- Providing a Clean, Sanitized, and Safe Club Environment: Ensuring a Judgement Free fitness experience.
Qualifications
To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service.
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent: Preferred.
- Must be 18 Years of Age or Older: To work in a fitness environment.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use a computer and point of sale system.
Physical Demands
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to:
- Frequent Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, and Pulling: Up to 75 lbs.
- Encountering Cleaning Chemicals: During shift.
- Frequent Climbing, Balancing, Kneeling, and Crouching: During shift.
- Continual Reaching with Hands/Fingers/Arms: During shift.
