  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience working with arenaflex products and services, or in the entertainment industry

  • Strong online presence and social media skills, with the ability to engage with customers and promote arenaflex products and services
