Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as an assistant to the HR Manager, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless office operations
  • Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, ensuring accurate records and efficient tracking
  • Typing and data entry of confidential client and financial data, requiring attention to detail and discretion
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned, including general work, data entry, and reception duties
  • Receiving calls, texts, and emails on behalf of arenaflex, responding promptly and professionally
  • Booking appointments and flight reservations, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information, demonstrating high integrity and honesty
