Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our clients' customers through live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts as needed
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with clients' products and services
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Follow provided steps and instructions closely to ensure consistency and quality
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative to resolve customer issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms and tools

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
