This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner

• Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts as needed
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with clients' products and services
• Work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Follow provided steps and instructions closely to ensure consistency and quality

Essential Qualifications
