About the Role

As a Manager, Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Tools, to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the customer support journey. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable plans to hit business OKRs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

  • Partner with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the customer support journey
  • Analyze data and develop actionable plans to hit business OKRs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies
